What types of properties are eligible?

Our Home Insurance and FLEX Home Insurance Policies cover:

  • Single-family homes that are owner-occupied and deeded to the first named insured
  • Townhomes and duplexes (owner-occupied)
  • Seasonal or secondary residences (non-rental)

Our DP Landlord Insurance covers rental properties:

  • Dwellings with one to four family homes
  • Rented on a weekly, monthly, six-month, or annual / long-term basis
  • Held by individuals, trusts, and LLCs / corporations.
