What types of properties are eligible?

Eligible homes include:

  • Single-family, owner-occupied dwellings
  • Townhomes and duplexes
  • Seasonal/secondary residences (non-rental)
  • Deeded to the first named insured
What are the core coverages?

Policies include protection for:

  • Coastal perils: Wind, hurricane, hail, tornado
  • AOP: Fire, theft, vandalism
  • Optional endorsements per state availability
What optional coverages are available?

Agents can add:

  • Special Computer Coverage
  • Personal Property Replacement Cost
  • Water Back-Up & Sump Pump Overflow
  • Loss Assessment Coverage
  • Swimming Pool & Hot Tub Liability
What deductible options can we offer?
  • Wind/Hurricane/Hail/Tornado: 2% to 10%
  • AOP: $500, $1,000, $2,500, or 1% to 10%
