Through the Orion180 + Jewelers Mutual® partnership, all jewelry insurance claims are managed directly by Jewelers Mutual® for a seamless experience. Follow our simple step‑by‑step guide below to file your claim with ease:

Proof of loss or theft (e.g. police report)

Appraisal or purchase documentation

Visit Jeweler of Choice

Clients work with their trusted jeweler to repair or replace the item.

Jewelers Mutual® ensures repairs or replacements match the same kind and quality of the original.

Deductible (if applicable)

Orion180’s current JM product offers a $0 deductible, so no payment is required by the insured in most cases.
