Completed claim form (if needed)
Proof of loss or theft (e.g. police report)
Appraisal or purchase documentation
Appraisal or purchase documentation
Clients work with their trusted jeweler to repair or replace the item.
Jewelers Mutual® ensures repairs or replacements match the same kind and quality of the original.
Orion180’s current JM product offers a $0 deductible, so no payment is required by the insured in most cases.
