FlexLuxe gives you maximum flexibility, allowing you to exclude anything except Coverage A, or Dwelling Coverage. Our solution lets you craft a policy with everything you need, and nothing you don’t.

Dwelling

Coverage A protects your home’s main structure and anything permanently attached, such as the foundation, garage, porch, or built-in fixtures.

Other Structures

Coverage B insures detached structures on your property, including fences, a guest house, swimming pools, or a detached garage used for storage or parking.

Personal Property

You can also choose to remove coverage, which is one way you can control your premium. With FlexLuxe, you can select the perils covered by your policy, with some mortgage-based restrictions, and you can choose to exclude anything other than Dwelling – Coverage A.

You will also be able to choose from a true range in deductibles, and our policies offer a unique optional co-pay, which applies to losses.
