Hotel reservations for the Accelerate24 event, scheduled for November 5th-8th, 2024, will be managed by Orion180. If you plan to arrive before November 5th or extend your stay beyond November 8th, please contact the Virgin Nashville directly to arrange your accommodations. As a benefit to our event guests, the discounted event rate will apply to any additional nights outside the event dates. However, please be aware that all expenses for stays before or after the event, including nightly rates, are the responsibility of the guest. Any modifications to reservations outside the Accelerate24 event dates must be handled directly with the Virgin Nashville.
